Yes, DSCR Elite loans are first-time investor friendly with no restrictions or limits on first-time investors. We are dedicated to helping real estate investors start the journey to financial freedom & love to help people get started!

Can I get a blanket DSCR Elite loan?

Yes, DSCR Elite is offered as a blanket portfolio loan for real estate investors. Qualification & the documentation process is similar to a DSCR Elite loan for a single property, however all the properties secured under the blanket loan must be in the same state with a minimum value of $75,000 per property.

I have a bankruptcy or foreclosure in my history, will that prevent me from closing on a DSCR Elite loan?

No. We are flexible & work with borrowers with blemished credit histories. You may have to pay a moderately higher rate, but we should be able to find a loan for every investor.

I am not a U.S. citizen, can I qualify for an investment property loan with LoanTap?

We work with non U.S. citizens if the borrower is a documented permanent or non-permanent resident alien. We also work with foreign nationals residing outside of the U.S. if the borrowing entity is an LLC and 50% or more of the ownership is held by a U.S. citizen or green card holder.
